Benjamin Franklin once said, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”  Sir Winston Churchill also used similar words.

The stakes might not be as high as when Sir Winston used those words, but there are many of you willing to wage war on your training in order to reach your goals.

Having a training plan is where it all starts. If you want personal attention, an individual training plan that fits your needs and goals, ongoing guidance, motivation and support, is where it all starts. Without a plan you might be training sporadically, without direction.

No two athletes are the same, with different lifestyles, priorities, strengths and weaknesses. The plans I offer are built around the individual, not just off the shelf. They are built around your goals and your life – work, family and social. You don’t have to give up everything to achieve your goals, even for an Ironman / full distance triathlon.

Your bespoke plan will include:
• Initial set up and consultation; time constraints, sporting and result history,           future goals and aspirations.
• Bespoke training programme: communicated and monitored through Training       Peaks* or by email weekly in training blocks focused on your races and goals.
• Help and support with nutrition – during training and especially during races.
• Unlimited contact: by phone, email, WhatsApp, Zoom.
• Ongoing feedback and reviews, directly and through Training Peaks.

*For an added cost I can supply a Premium Training Peaks account, or you can        set one up yourself.
